Fitness had always been my go-to when it came to my health, until I hit a certain age and began to wake up every morning with new aches and pains. Adam Coriell has been involved in Martial Arts since he was 16 years old. His martial arts background includes Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Jeet Kune Do. He was a national heavyweight kickboxing champ at the age of 19. He has also trained with UFC champions and coaches.
Tim Wheeler is a veteran who proudly served in the US Navy Elite Search and Rescue Team credited for saving 38 lives during his career. Tim then became a Gahanna Police Officer and had many advanced courses in Defensive Tactics, Weapon Control as well as Mass Shooting Scenario training. Tim also has advanced belts/ranks in Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do, Chinese Kempo, Shotokan and Tomiki Aikido. Teaching and enriching others is a passion of his and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience.
