You love yoga. You know how it makes you feel. IMMERSION is your opportunity to understand why.
Spend ten weeks exploring the practice beyond taking class—learning more about your body, pose mechanics, yoga philosophy, breath, meditation, and the many layers of yoga beyond asana.
No intention to teach required.
And if something shifts along the way? IMMERSION also gives you the option to continue into TEACH and complete Bluespot’s 200-hour teacher pathway.

Attendance Policy

We understand that occasional scheduling conflicts happen. If you know about a conflict in advance, please let us know so we can make a plan for you to stay on track.
Because IMMERSION is highly experiential, attendance is important. Unplanned absences may require a private make-up session or additional coursework. Any private instruction needed to make up missed content will be subject to an additional fee.
