Yoga is more than poses — it’s a way of living.
This 3-part Sunday series is designed for students who want to go deeper into their practice… not by doing more advanced postures, but by exploring how yoga can support the way we think, feel, and show up in our daily lives.
Each session includes:
- 60-minute Vinyasa Flow with Kati Potts — a trusted, grounding Bluespot teacher and longtime student favorite
- 90-minute guided group discussion exploring key principles of yoga philosophy in a way that feels practical, relatable, and easy to apply off the mat
No prior experience with yoga philosophy is needed. This is a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect — whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
Across three weeks, we’ll break down the 10 foundational principles of yoga (Yamas & Niyamas) into themes that feel approachable and relevant to modern life.
