TEACH

Learn to lead | January 2027

You love yoga. You’ve gone deeper into the practice. Now you’re ready to learn how to share it.

TEACH is Bluespot’s 200-hour yoga teacher pathway, combining the foundation of IMMERSION with focused teacher development in sequencing, cueing, observation, practice teaching, and finding your own voice.

This isn’t about memorizing someone else’s script or learning to teach like us.

It’s about learning how to teach like you.

This is for you if…

You’ve ever thought:
  • I want to teach yoga, but I’m not sure where to begin.
  • I want to understand how to build a class—not just follow one.
  • I want to become more confident speaking and leading a room.
  • I want to learn how to cue clearly and effectively.
  • I want to understand how to teach different bodies, not just demonstrate poses.
  • I want meaningful feedback and actual practice teaching.
  • I want to learn how to bring philosophy into class authentically.
  • I want to feel prepared before I call myself a yoga teacher.
You don’t need to arrive knowing how to teach. That’s what we’re here to teach you.

THE PATH

IMMERSION → TEACH

Every TEACH participant begins with IMMERSION, January 6–March 13.
IMMERSION builds the foundation:
Asana • Pose Mechanics • Eight Limbs • Yamas + Niyamas • Philosophy • Breath • Meditation • Nervous System • Injury Prevention
Then we shift the question.
Instead of:
How do I understand yoga?
We begin asking:
How do I share it?

TEACH begins March 24.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER TEACH?

Graduation doesn’t mean you’re expected to immediately walk into a studio and teach a perfect 60-minute class.
It means you have a foundation to build from.
You’ll leave with:
  • A completed 200-hour yoga education
  • Experience building complete sequences
  • Real practice teaching
  • Individual feedback
  • Class observation experience
  • A complete 60-minute class you’ve taught
  • A stronger understanding of your own teaching voice
  • The foundation to continue developing as a teacher
For trainees interested in teaching at Bluespot, TEACH also gives us the opportunity to identify future teachers who align with our approach and community.
Completion of TEACH does not guarantee a teaching position at Bluespot.

TEACH is intimate, hands-on, and highly collaborative. We spend many hours teaching, observing, giving feedback, and growing together, so we approach enrollment thoughtfully.

This program is built around curiosity, commitment, integrity, coachability, and community.

You don’t need to arrive confident.

You do need to arrive willing to learn.

If this feels like something you want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
