This workshop will cover sun salutations, the infamous 'take a vinyasa' line - including CHATURANGA!, foot placement in standing poses, and pelvis awareness (yeah that's a thing).
We will start with a 40 minute vinyasa practice and then use the remaining time to break it all down.
