We focus on sequencing, anatomy, and assisting, but most importantly, finding the most authentic version of you. Whether your goal is to stand in a room and confidently teach a yoga class or pull back the lens on your life and adjust your focus on what brings you real joy, our training will give you the tools to do both. You can come to the table without expectations of the outcome simply because your focus may miss the bigger picture. This is more than teacher training; it’s a guide to live the life you were always meant to live. Trust the process.

Any planned absences must be discussed with the lead trainer before the start of training. Any unplanned absences will incur a fee to make up missed hours.

March 1st-3rd is our anatomy weekend; attendance is mandatory. Please note the schedule changes temporarily as we will meet Friday from 530-9p, Saturday 9-12p, and Sunday 10-2p.
